Click Export in the top-right of the editor and choose PNG, JPG or PDF. Multi-page exports are supported. All exports are watermark-free on every plan.
Use a guest edit link. In the editor open Share → Share as link, find Guest edit link, pick whether they can edit or only view, choose an expiry, and hit Create link. Copy the URL straight away — it is shown once.
Whoever opens it gets the real editor for that one design, with no login and no access to anything else in your account. You can see how often each link has been used, issue a fresh URL with Rotate (which kills the old one), or Revoke it outright. Treat the URL like a password: anyone holding it has the access it grants.
Every font in the KoalaFul library is licensed for export across all formats, and exports are rendered by the same engine as the editor, so what you see is what you get. Custom font upload isn't supported yet — designs use the built-in font library, so pick the closest match from there. If a font looks wrong in an export, re-open the design and re-save it, then export again.
Not simultaneously — KoalaFul doesn't have live multi-cursor co-editing yet. What it does have is shared access: invite someone to a design or a whole project folder and you can both open and edit it, with changes autosaved every few seconds. Refresh to pick up someone else's edits, and avoid both editing the same design at the same moment. To share with someone who has no KoalaFul account, use a guest edit link instead (Share → Share as link → Guest edit link). There are no comment threads or version history at the moment.
Go to dash.koalaful.io, click your account avatar, then Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep your plan's allowance until the end of the current billing period, then drop back to the free Starter plan. Your designs stay where they are.
Your designs stay accessible. The free plan never expires, so you can always come back — you simply return to the free monthly allowance. To take copies with you, export the designs you need from the editor, or use the bulk export endpoint in the API to queue many at once.
Not yet. KoalaFul is browser-based and works on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. A desktop wrapper is on the roadmap.
